We have the ability to customize many of our professionally designed and engineered turn-key plans to meet your specific needs. We will take care of your concrete slab and can complete your project to any degree you like, from unfinished shell to fully finished, with walls, electrical, plumbing, etc. Our custom deck packages can be constructed with time-tested pressure-treated wood or earth-friendly composite materials.

What will it take to get financed?

We want to help you find the best financing option for your needs. With our selection of payment options, we can help you get the garage you want today. With Online Funding, you can apply directly through the link below. They will negotiate with you, and funding is deposited directly to you, and then you are responsible for the balance of your building. With multiple financing and payment options, you can find an easy solution based on your credit needs. They have options for excellent, good, fair, and even poor credit. With excellent credit, you will receive competitive rates. If you have poor credit, you can use this program to re-establish your credit rating. I am interested in having a garage built; what are the next steps?

A detached garage adds value to your home. There is information that is needed to properly determine if a garage can be constructed at your proposed build site at your property:

  • Property line setbacks (typically around 10 feet but can vary from)
  • Build site conditions (accessibility to the building site, how level the ground is at the building site)
  • Impervious limits
  • If your home is not connected to public utilities, you need to know the septic and well distance from the proposed garage (a copy of the environmental permit is useful)
  • Please Note: A copy of a survey/site plan and a well/septic environmental permit will help answer a lot of these questions for your project. You can also contact your local zoning office to get helpful input as well.
Can I make changes to a garage, deck, or porch plan?

All of our projects are custom-designed. We have a designer who will work with you to make your project uniquely fit your needs and style. We offer many options and unlimited designs. If you have your own set of building plans, we can work from them as well. We will assist you with building project permits and HOA requirements.

The big question: How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies and is dependent on the project plan, build site conditions, and any special customization a customer makes to the project plan. We have financing programs available that give our customers more flexibility in making their dream projects a reality.

I ordered a pool or a hot tub. Will you come out and take a look at my backyard before they install the above-ground pool?

Yes, we will be glad to take a look at your proposed pool site and give you some insight into planning your deck and give you a free estimate. If you are short on time or unable to take off from work to meet someone at your home to talk about your building project; you can email or text us a picture of the proposed project. We can give you some ballpark numbers for your project for budgeting purposes.
