We are proud of our storage buildings, workshops, large sheds and garages. We build each one for you just as we would like to have for ourselves. We uses quality materials, and are pleased to have experienced craftsmen. We never cut corners to try and make a cheaper building.

Typically, for any building over 12' in any dimension, a building permit is required. In today's world of satelite imaging, and municipality restrictions, building to code takes on high importance. We strongly request that you get a permit where required, to prevent costly & time consuming structural adjustments after the building is complete. If you provide us with a map of your property, we will provide the engineered letter and drawings. We will pull the permit and meet with the inspectors when necessary. The customer reimburses the actual permit fee, usually between $100-$150. We have a relationship with the local building inspectors in the area, and know what is necessary to easily pass inspection. Pressure treated flooring, ridge vents, corner anchors & straps, plywood clips, collar & rafter ties, and headers over doors & windows are some of the upgrades we will add to make your building that meets or exceeds requirements. Although all of our buildings are well constructed, code options are available to those wanting a sturdier building, regardless of whether or not a permit is requested.
